  A core program reflecting the theme of the festival, it is composed of a musical that represents and symbolizes Suyeong by telling the story of the birth of Eobang and the 25th Volunteer Corps and other historical facts of Suyeong in a modern way.
- Gyeongsang Left Investiture Procession:
  A street parade that combines the tradition and modernity of swimming. It consists of the Gyeongsang Left Investiture Procession, a traditional procession, a military band, an honor guard, and a modern procession that can only be seen at the Gwangalli Fishing Festival. - Jindu Eohwa:
